All refund requests should be made to the despatch store via email at the addresses available on the Locations page. You can identify the despatch store from the invoice sent with the goods.
Tools4Tradies are happy to refund:
- If a tool can be shown to be faulty or not to perform as specified and
- The tool is in as-new condition with minimum obvious use.
Under these circumstances, Tools4Tradies will organise for the tool to be returned for checking and a credit raised if warranted.
If, when you receive the product, you change your mind, Tools4Tradies will happily refund the price of the product, less the cost of freight and handling to you as long as:
- You return the product to the despatch store at your expense, and
- The product, on arrival at the despatch store, is in new condition, in its original and undamaged packaging and nothing about its state would prevent it from being immediately resold
In addition to the above, many of the tools sold by Tools4Tradies have manufacturers’ warranties for extended periods.
In the case where a claim is being made against a manufacturer’s warranty, you will need to return the tool, with a copy of your invoice to the despatch store, where the manufacturer’s representative will inspect the product and either approve or reject the claim.
