Ordering

Orders can be placed directly on our website and paid via PayPal or Credit Card. If you prefer, you can contact our website manager on (02) 4960 2622 and organize to pay by direct deposit, cheque or money order.

Processing Orders

Once confirmed, your order will be sent to our closest dispatch point to your postcode and processed. Your order will be dispatched with 24 – 48 hours (subject to working days) or confirmation of cleared payment, provided all items are in stock.

While we try to avoid out-of-stock situations there will be occasions when a customer will order something that we need to order in. If that’s the case, we will contact you to let you know of the situation and the anticipated delivery time. You can let us know then whether you are prepared to wait or if you’d rather have a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We use a variety of Australia Post or courier delivery services to ship your order to you. Most orders are sent via a traceable service to ensure secure and reliable delivery. All prices on the Tools4Tradies website are displayed in Australian dollars and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

“Out of Stock” Items

If an item is displayed ‘Out of Stock’ on our website, please contact us (as per the “contact us” page) to express your interest as our supplier may be waiting on a shipment and it may be best to be placed on a waiting list to ensure supply when the product becomes available again.

Refunds on Sale Items

If a refund is required on an item sold at sale or discounted prices the refund will be at the price at which the product was purchased.

The way colours are depicted can vary from screen to screen or screen to printer, depending on the quality of the monitor. Tools4Tradies aims to provide quality photographs of all stock sold, whether stock images from our suppliers or photographs taken on site. We cannot guarantee the colours in the product images will 100% match the colour of the product received.
